Solid Waste Notification – Juneteenth

In observance of Juneteenth, all Government Buildings will be CLOSED on Wednesday, June 19^th. Additionally, there will be NO garbage pickup on Wednesday, June 19^th.

The compactor sites in Belle Chasse and South Plaquemines will be CLOSED on June 19^th. Trash bins will be positioned outside the gate during this period.

All Government Buildings will continue normal operations Thursday, June 20^th. Garbage collection services will resume on the next scheduled business day.
